SSH is disabled on all SmartHost Shared Hosting Servers. This is done for security reasons. This is a standard practice within the industry. 

 

If you need full root access, you can avail of our VPS plans. They start at €10 + VAT per month. You will have SSH access with a VPS plan. Please be aware that these do not include any control panel or support, however without extra cost.
